We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. Orders will need to be made by 2pm to be shipped on the same day. Any orders made after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. If you are ordering on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Republic of Ireland Delivery Information
All orders for Republic of Ireland are sent with Royal Mail on a fully tracked service.
ROI Shipping is €7 and takes 3-4 working days. This service is tracked and signed for.
European Delivery Information
European orders are sent with DPD and is a fully tracked service. Please find Customs & Taxes info here
European Shipping is from €8 to €15 depending on country and takes 3 - 5 working days.
International Delivery Information.
All European orders are sent with Royal Mail and passed on to your local postal service.
International Shipping is £30 and takes 5 - 7 working days. This service is tracked and signed for.
We are unable to take responsibility for any missing orders if the tracking information is shown as delivered.
If you believe your delivery is delayed please contact us within 14 days of your order being dispatched. This will enable us to raise an investigation with our courier. For any issues raised after 14 days of dispatch we will not be able to guarantee a refund.

Returns Policy
Cloak Vintage offers full refunds on all items returned within 14 days of delivery for UK customers and 21 days for international customers.
Postage charges are non refundable. All orders with free postage will have the postage charge deducted from the refunded amount.
We are only able to issue refunds on items that have not been worn and that still have the tags attached. Please include your order reference number within the parcel.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of receipt. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued. Please allow 7 working days for the money to appear in your bank.
